| What sort of people do we recruit? |
| |
We are primarily looking for artistic or technical flair. If you
have a particular artistic or programming talent then that is much
more important than your ability to use a computer package. Software
use can be easily learnt, talent cannot.
For our marketing team we are looking for people who can work part time. |

We have a small core of full time professional designers and programmers augmented by self employed sub contractors. Because of this, we can respond quickly to clients needs and meet their deadlines. |
